It is a difficult time and we are all having to make difficult and frustrating choices… but we have to look at the positives and the bright side!

Due to the Federal and Victorian Governments lockdown rule, as well as the information and advice we are receiving from our professional boards in Australia and abroad, we have made the difficult decision to close our clinics temporarily. BUT… that doesnt mean we have stopped caring! OR stopped worrying about your smile!

WE continue to look for ways to be able to look after you whilst not being able to see our patients in our clinics.

One of those ways is offering online consultations through our virtual clinic! SO if you have been thinking about straightening your teeth, worried about your child’s wonky tooth, have been wanting to look into Invisalign or those “invisible braces” for ages but just never had the time, WELL…. this is that time. Our virtual clinic will allow you to get some screen time to discuss your orthodontic concerns with our orthodontists and treatment coordinators. We ask for you to take some photos of your smile and teeth as shown below and email it to us. We will then be in touch to have a virtual chat so we can see each other and get to know you better. If we have enough information at that point, we will outline what we think may be your treatment options and related costs. (Your Treatment Coordinator will outline the financial aspects of treatment, including our generous payment plans) As well as answer any questions that you may have.

At the end of your consultation we hope you will be well informed about your orthodontic treatment options and be ready to make some choices. BUT at no point should you feel pressured to enter into treatment immediately. Think of it as an information gathering session. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will be more than happy to answer any questions for you at that or any other time!
