Terms and Conditions of Discounts and Promotions
Agreement
The ‘Terms and Conditions of Discounts and Promotions’ apply to all services provided by iSmile Orthodontics.
Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to already commenced treatments and can only be used once per treatment contract with iSmile Orthodontics.
Discount or offers cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque or credit.
No change or refund will be given.
Liability
The Orthodontists are under no obligation to provide treatments that in their professional opinion offer no considerable benefit to the patient.
Appointments are subject to availability.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of iSmile Orthodontics is final.
iSmile Orthodontics reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
Additional ‘Terms of Services’ and ‘Risks of Orthodontics’ apply to the services provided, this will be informed at your consultation if you wish to proceed with treatment.

- The promotion is only applicable to comprehensive Invisalign and Braces treatments commenced between 12:01am 1st May 2025 until 11:59pm 31st October 2025.
- This offer enables you to receive an additional 2 sets (upper and lower arch) of clear retainers at the end of your treatment valued at $1200.00.
- Any remake or replacements required after obtaining the initial sets of retainers will incur additional costs.
- This offer cannot be used with any other discounts or promotions.
Local Business Community 2025 – $400.00 discount
- The discount is only applicable to comprehensive treatment of braces or clear aligners commenced from April 2025 and expires 6 months from receiving the voucher.
- The unique code provided on the voucher must be mentioned at the time of the initial consultation before scheduling the treatment start appointment.
- This offer cannot be used with any other discounts or promotions.
Expired Discounts and Promotions
Free whitening kit with your Invisalign Treatment 2024
- The promotion is only applicable to comprehensive Invisalign treatments commenced between 12:01am 1st July 2024 until 11:59pm 21st September 2024.
- This promotion must be mentioned at the initial consultation before scheduling the treatment start appointment.
- This offer cannot be used with any other discounts or promotions.
- This promotion enables you to receive one take home whitening kit at the end of your orthodontic treatment with iSmile Orthodontics and this cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque or credit.

Student Discount 2024 Term 2 – $300.00 discount
