At iSmile Orthodontics our patients mean the world to us, we are trying to answer all enquiries and calls as soon as possible. Due to COVID-19 we are short staffed and it may take longer to answer your questions, however we are working our hardest. 

We apologise for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we work to get you taken care of as soon as possible. 

Our staff will be taking precautions to prevent the spread of the CoronaVirus, it is our main priority to keep you and your family safe. Please notify a member of our team if: 

• You have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms
• You have been in close contact with a positive case
• You have tested positive for COVID-19

We will be able to reschedule your appointment when you are feeling better!
